The room was clean, with a lovely view of the mountains and the staff was helpful and efficient.

This place is beautifully decorated and quiet with an excellent setting close to the town center, good restaurants, and a wonderful location for a quick stopover.

Fantastic hotel for families, the apartments catered for everything. The hotel was a very good standard and still comfortable with Children. Located well for all amenities.Swimming pool decent size.

I recently had a very good stay at a hotel nestled in the heart of a charming town. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains from my room, it was truly a sight to behold. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were well-equipped with a kitchenette, allowing me the freedom to prepare my own meals. In addition, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast spread that satisfied my taste buds. this hotel provided great value for money, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I couldn't find any fault with my stay, everything was just perfect.

The location and views

The rooms specially the bedrom was very dark not enough lighting in general Rooms are painted in very dark colours. Poor reception on t v and wifi

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is far enough from the town that you can easily park, but close enough to walk in 7 mins to Vielha's restaurants, tapas bars, shops, and play parks, yet it is quiet and peaceful. Additionally, the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean, providing plenty of storage. After a long day of walking, the small pool was a nice bonus for a refreshing swim.

All in all, everything was great.

The location is good. Beds are good too. Free parking.

They sprayed perfume abundantly every day. It stank.

Wi-Fi is available only at the reception, but that's the only drawback I can think of.

Location: the hotel was just off good restaurants and shops, tapas bars and the city center, restaurants, shops and big supermarket. I really enjoyed that the twin room included kitchenette.

Convenient Location and Spacious Rooms

We chose this city break hotel for its central location that was perfect for exploring the area. The surrounding restaurants were fantastic, providing the opportunity to enjoy local cuisine. Our room was roomy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spa was a bonus and it was lovely to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The staff was unhelpful and didn't seem to understand our needs. They seemed bored and impatient with all our questions.

The hotel was ok. The staff was kindly but their english was generally not so good. There was no dehumidification in the bathroom.The room and hotel in general was very dark. The breakfast buffet was no special.
